In this role, you will support the development of our AI and ML applications and internal tools, contributing to our organisation's efforts to stay at the forefront of this ever-evolving field. As an AI/ML Engineer at Texthelp, you will play a crucial role in building impactful Machine Learning and Generative AI applications, developing a cutting-edge technology stack. With a foundation in writing robust Python code, you are expected to bring a keen interest in ML/AI and a strong desire to learn. You will join a supportive environment where mentorship from experienced leaders and collaboration with a dedicated team will enhance your skills in these exciting fields. This role offers the unique opportunity to work with a variety of Generative AI models such as those from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. You'll engage in hands-on projects, building customer facing ML and AI focused applications as well as taking a longer term view training and fine-tuning new models with our proprietary data, and leveraging our in-house expertise in linguistics and accessibility.
